Pepina Ilieva Miteva combines broad professional experience in human resources and training with expert knowledge of economics and marketing. She was a long-term associate of Societe Generale Expressbank, where she gained experience in economics and training as Head of the Training Department. Organizational, management and leadership competences lead her to Fraport Bulgaria, where she took over the role and responsibilities of Head of Human Resources. Within Fraport Bulgaria she worked on many in-house and international projects and programmes, including a Recognition and Reward Programme, student programmes (Fraport Summer School and other youth programmes), a Values Enhancement Project and an Idea Encouragement Project. Her latest work is reflected in the creation and development of an Internal Career Development Centre, which won Best Career Development Programme in Bulgaria in 2015 from Euroguidance and Erasmus+. She also took part in the development of an Internal Training Center, which provides more than 500 training courses to over 8000 participants every year. Her ability to make quick but thoughtful decisions, together with her experience, makes her especially successful in consulting and problem solving. In addition to Bulgarian, Pepina also speaks English, Russian and French. She possesses excellent communication skills, which in combination with her positive and energetic approach make her training courses especially valuable and interesting.
